How do I confirm my cottage booking? |
| To confirm a booking which starts six weeks (or less), we need to receive the full rental.
To confirm a booking that starts seven weeks ahead (or more), we need to receive a deposit of one third of the total rental.
Rents and deposits can be paid by a Sterling cheque drawn on a British bank; by Switch or Delta; - or by Amex, Visa or Mastercard but CCs do bear a 2% surcharge.
If by Card, we need to know the type of Card; its number and expiry date; and the name and registered address of the Cardholder - and we suggest you either ring these details through to us on 01835 822277 (from abroad +44 1835 822277) or Fax them to 01835 870417 (from abroad +44 1835 870417) rather than entrust them to the Internet.
If you wish to send a cheque, please let us know so we can reserve the property for you while the cheque is on its way. (PLEASE NOTE that ANY bank charges incurred (usually for payments from abroad) are the responsibility of the tenant). |

| How can I cancel my cottage booking? |
| We are pleased to tell you that bookings for all our uk holiday cottages sleeping no more than seven persons (including babies) made through Unique Cottages Ltd. with rentals up to £300 per week** qualify for FULL REFUND COVER. To qualify for this cover you must be a UK resident and aged 75 or under at the commencement of the holiday. If cancellation is caused through death, injury*, sickness*, or call to jury service of the hirer, or any close member of his/her family, or any person with whom he/she is travelling, then Unique Cottages Ltd. undertakes to refund the deposit (less premium), and balance if paid, on production of documentary proof showing cancellation is due to one of the above circumstances.
